DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

BECAUSE PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT GENERAL RETURNS OR SIZING-RELATED RETURNS.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

All of our products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks after you place your order for production and shipment. After production, your product will be shipped based on the shipment method you selected at checkout. 

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

 

HOW CAN I BEST TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?

Printed apparel should be machine-washed in cold water, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on a low heat setting, or for longer lasting prints, hang dry. Avoid dry-cleaning items or using fabric softeners.
